TWO STOREY REAR EXTENSION, CHAPELFIELDS, COVENTRY

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The client for this project required additional space both on Ground Floor and First Floor. We therefore designed a two storey rear extension, which incorporates a new utility space on ground floor, with a larger living space to accommodate a larger kitchen and a new dining area. On First Floor the extension facilitates an additional bedroom and a larger family bathroom with a bath.

Our involvement in the project

We designed the rear extension and internal spaces to suit the clients requirements. We put together two different options, depending on how the client would like to use the utility space. We provided all information required for a Planning Application, submitted the application to the Local Planning Authority and maintained communication with the Planning department throughout the application process to ensure a positive outcome was achieved.

Additional services

Aside from the standard drawings required to ascertain Planning Approval for this project, we also provided both internal and external CGI imagery. The internal renders showed the two options of how the kitchen and dining areas could work with the utility positioned in two different locations. We also provided an external CGI render to showcase the improved appearance to the rear of the property.
